Clean Harbors InSite Services is an environmental services outsourcing program that places select experienced employees to operate permanent and mobile Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) collection facilities for state agencies. Providing complete management, oversight, technical, and compliance resources, we support community efforts to reduce toxins in the household.

InSite Services is a flexible, fully integrated program, which provides “hands-on” tactical and technical support to help states control costs and implement necessary safeguards managing hazardous waste. The program reduces overhead, improves efficiency, and eliminates much of the risk or liability associated with the critical operation of an HHW collection site.
