Please follow these instructions (3 steps) in order to properly install the Carbon Black application onto your computer.
Before You Begin: You will need to make sure you are disconnected from the company network and the VPN in order to download these files. If you are connected to the company network or on VPN you can skip the 3 Steps and download these files from our internal drive and follow these instructions instead.
Step 1: Download CarbonBlackClientSetup.exe (Right Click -> Save Link As)
NOTE: Download file only, do NOT run or open the file yet
Step 2: Download sensorsettings.ini (Right Click -> Save Link As)
NOTE: You must download this file to the same location/folder as CarbonBlackClientSetup.exe
Step 3: Now You May Open/Run the file "CarbonBlackClientSetup.exe"
If you want to know if you already have Carbon Black follow these steps attached.
If you want to look up your computer name to compare it to the Carbon Black spreadsheet being sent, follow these steps attached.
