The MECP and Clean Harbors Lambton facility have a professional working relationship where the goal for both organizations is compliance with Ministry standards and regulations.
A dedicated MECP Environmental Officer has 24-hour access to all areas of the site with ability to conduct random site inspections. The site’s Senior Environmental Compliance Manager meets with the MECP weekly to review day-to-day operations and discuss any regulatory issues.
